OTHON's Scope

OTHON is routinely called upon to provide environmental services for Harris County (County), both under an On-Call Environmental contract with the County and as a subconsultant to other firms.  These services include conducting Phase I Site Assessments including wetland delineations, hazardous waste document reviews, threatened and endangered species reviews, Section 401 and Section 404 permitting, and archaeology coordination. A majority of the projects involve widening of roads and implementing curb-and-gutter design in areas with existing open-ditch stormwater systems. OTHON is also working with the County to permit and assess site improvements to existing public parks and nature sanctuaries.
