  • Greenwood/Pearland Tracts - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species survey for 17 acres adjacent to Clear Creek
  • Jamison/Anderson Tracts - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, threatened and endangered species survey
  • Mary’s Creek - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for 25 acres adjacent to Mary’s Creek

OTHON's Scope

OTHON performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to assist the City of Pearland in the acquisition of private land in order to improve drainage for stormwater flood events.  Assessments include threatened and endangered species studies, hazardous waste data searches on prior land use, wetland delineations, and report presentations.
