OTHON served as Owner’s Representative, providing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the design and construction of the Toyota Center Arena and its adjacent multi-level parking garage in downtown Houston. Spanning six city blocks, the project delivered a world-class venue with a seating capacity of over 18,000, serving as home to the Houston Rockets, Comets, and Aeros, and hosting major concerts and events.

Our CEI role included coordination of geotechnical, environmental, and survey services; oversight of property acquisition and utility relocation; design and demolition package support; full-time inspection and quality assurance; and management of scheduling, pay requests, change orders, and closeout documentation. Through close collaboration with the Houston Sports Authority, City of Houston, and other key stakeholders, OTHON ensured the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards—transforming downtown Houston into a premier entertainment destination.
