OTHON’s dedication to bettering communities includes a commitment to provide quality infrastructure services wherever there is a need.  In order to better serve our clients overseas, in 2003, OTHON formed two subsidiary companies: OTHON INTERNATIONAL, INC and Etiman Management Consulting Services, Inc (EMCS). Through these subsidiaries, we provide engineering, construction management, program management, and procurement/financial monitoring services for public, private and institutional clients to assist them in the improvement of infrastructure needs including schools, hospitals, highways, and water/wastewater systems.
