OTHON's Scope

Football Stadium:

The pre-existing 3,510-seat bleachers were replaced by football stadium with occupancy of 5,005 seats. The initial phase of construction included construction of 2,867 square-foot maintenance building, a 199 square-foot office, 1,676 square-foot storage area, 47-space parking facilities, 5,557 square-foot restrooms and locker facility, new turf field and track, sanitary sewer pump station and force main, water line connection to existing on-site lines, storm water quality facilities, on-site storm sewer with outfall to HCFCD ditch 142-00-00, sidewalks and site lighting improvements.

Field House, Pool, and Tennis Courts:

OTHON provided civil engineering services for the design of new field house with competition and practice gymnasiums, swimming pool and tennis courts. The new development encompassed the pre-existing field house and open space to the west. The pre-existing 15,400 square-foot field house with occupancy of two hundred ninety-nine (299) will be replaced by a new field house with occupancy of two thousand five hundred (2,500).
